3.Work with your ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) on getting pre qualified or pre approved and discovering what financial product will be used to purchase a home.

4. Select properties based on your personal and financial, or loan criteria.

5. Research and view homes in partnership with your agent.

6. Make a written offer.

7. The agent will efficiently guide you through real estate attorneys, home inspections and loan application professionally brining you to closing all the meanwhile protecting and serving your interest.

As your Accredited Buyers Representative I will:
